* Introduction to Paralegal Studies and Legal Writing and Research must be taken before all other courses.

The Paralegal Certificate Program will begin the fall of 2014 and is designed for individuals who wish to enter the field of law and legal services, or change careers. The program enables students to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required to work under the supervision of an attorney, in legal departments of major companies, banks, real estate offices, insurance firms, health care facilities and government agencies.

Admission Requirements:

  1. Two confidential letters of reference
  2. Minimum Writing Accuplacer score of 78
  3. Minimum Reading Accuplacer score of 71
