School computers undergoing important change for the Fall semester |
| This summer the IT staff are installing a product on the school computers that will freeze the computer setup in place. This means that any changes you make to the computer, any files you download or school work you save on them will not be retained. Repeat - school work you save on them will not be retained.
We highly encourage students to invest in USB memory drives, also known as Thumb Drives or Flash memory drives, for storing their work. Floppy disks have become increasingly unreliable. In addition, even a small USB memory drive is faster and holds much more than a floppy.
