The pre-licensure Associate of Science Degree in Nursing (ASN) program for students with no previous nursing experience requires requisite courses and 2 years of focused nursing courses. Upon successful completion of the program and general education coursework, students will earn an ASN degree and will be eligible to apply for the RN licensure exam (NCLEX-RN).
Our program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). If you choose to pursue this degree to become a registered nurse, you should know that RN jobs are expected to grow 16 percent through 2024, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. In addition, the Gallup Poll results indicate that nursing has been the most trusted profession for over 20 years!
