This initiative by River Valley Community College is undertaken in partnership with the City of Lebanon, the City of Claremont, the Dartmouth Regional Technology Center (DRTC), the Enterprise Center at Plymouth, Grafton Regional Development Corporation (GRDC), and the NH Small Business Development Center.
Funding for scholarships and some staff support is provided by a CDBG-Microenterprise grant from the NH CDFA and a SBA-Community Navigator grant.
