Your participation is voluntary and confidential, and River Valley is never told which students are receiving counseling. In order to access this free service, you must use the unique link provided in the email invitation sent to students by BetterHelp. You DO NOT have to provide credit card information or payment to use this benefit.
With BetterHelp, you are matched with a licensed therapist within 24 hours based on the type of counseling you are looking for and your preferences. You can easily self-schedule a live session as well as interact via chat, phone, and email.
