FAQs for Commencement

We are fortunate to be able to have an in-person ceremony this year, but it means we have to follow certain protocols, such as wearing masks and social distancing.

Students need to check their college email account for a link to RSVP to be able to attend the ceremony.

RVCC is very concerned about the safety of the students, guests, staff and faculty in attendance at the ceremony.  The ceremony will be held outside, we will be limiting the number of guests, taking temperatures, requiring masks, and seating will be spread out to allow for social distancing.

The ceremony will be held outdoors on RVCC’s Claremont, NH campus.

Please contact Nancy at the Bookstore at: 603-543-0915.

Yes, the ceremony will be held rain or shine, so come prepared – we do not have tents for the audience.

We are able to accommodate two guests per graduate. Students must provide guest names with their RSVP.

The event will be live-streamed through YouTube.

While we would love to let you see your friends graduate, unless they sign you up as one of their two guests, we are not able to accommodate additional attendees.  We will be maintaining social distancing due to COVID and thus can only accommodate a limited number of people at each ceremony.  Since each ceremony is being live-streamed, you can cheer them on from the comfort of your own home.

We ask that students and guests arrive at the same time, and preferably in the same vehicle, per the schedule below.
